These Platform Terms apply to court staff, counsel, and other authenticated users granted access to Court Nox.
Authorized access only
Accounts are for authorized users acting within assigned roles and permissions.
Data handling
- Handle juror and case-related data according to court policy and applicable law.
- Do not export or disclose protected data without authorization.
- Keep credentials secure and do not share accounts.
Audit and monitoring
Platform actions may be logged and audited for security, compliance, and operational accountability.
Suspension
We may suspend access to investigate misuse, security incidents, or policy violations.
